The Sound of Cooking
Cooking is not only a gustative or a visual experience. It is also an auditory experience (not to mention tactile and olfactory). This autumn session will delve into the swish-swoosh-sizzle-crackle-pop of how to monitor your dishes by how they sound. Full schedule coming soon. The week will be held at Highland Lake Cove, just 15 miles from the Asheville airport, with lots of fun surprises in store! We’ll bask in the colors of autumn from the front porch of Treska’s, overlooking a lake filled with lily pads, while concocting autumn dishes to warm the soul.
